All items are handmade and made to order. Production begins once your order is placed, and orders are completed in the order they are received to ensure quality and care in every piece.

Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing and production, depending on the size and complexity of your item. Once your order is completed, it will be shipped within 1–3 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States. domestic shipping within the U.S., with delivery times varying depending on the carrier.
