All items are handmade and made to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We prioritize clear and consistent communication throughout the production process. Please ensure all order details, including sizing, color choices, and shipping information, are correct before placing your order.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Once an order has been placed, production will begin in the order received and can take up to 2–3 weeks to complete before shipping.
